In the Kitcen with Brian and Lisa: Apple-Cranberry Casserole

Brian and Lisa start a month of apple recipes with this traditional Apple-Cranberry Casserole. Brian says the recipe may be old, but its flavor has helped it stand the test of time.
To make the dish, start by coring and slicing your favorite variety of apples. Lisa uses Fuji apples for her casserole. After the apples are sliced, add cranberries and sugar and mix the three ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Next, make the topping by combining oats, brown sugar, pecans, salt, flour and melted butter. Cover the apple-cranberry mix with the oat topping and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour.
