In the Kitchen with Brian and Lisa: Michelle’s Fruit Trifle

WRAL reporter Brian Shrader and our own Lisa Prince feature seasonal recipes in their Got to Be Good Cookin’ segment using ingredients grown and available right here in North Carolina.

This month, Brian and Lisa will share some family recipes from the WRAL morning show anchors and reporters. These favorites are a hit at their houses during the holiday, and are sure to be a hit with your family, too.

We kick things off with a recipe from reporter Michelle Marsh for Fruit Trifle.The fruit trifle is made by layering pound cake, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, kiwi, vanilla pudding and whipped topping. Brian and Lisa say the dessert is simple, classic and would be great after a big meal.
