In the Kitchen with Brian and Lisa: Choplin’s Pork Tenderloin

This month, Brian and Lisa prepare an array of comfort foods to get you and your family through the long winter nights. The kitchen duo kick things off with a recipe from Tami Choplin for pork tenderloins. The dish has become a Prince-family favorite for its blend of savory and spicy flavors.
Start by marinating the tenderloin in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar and bourbon overnight. Bake the meat for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and continue to bake another 45 minutes. While the pork is baking, prepare the sauce.
The sauce is made by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, dry mustard and sliced green onions. Lisa says its similar to a mild horseradish. If you prefer a milder flavor, adjust the amount of mustard in the sauce.
